1. Step 1 read and complete the entire application for the program of your choice: Parents Night Out Application and or Resilience In Motion Application (If Needed Village Profile)
2. Step 2 Liability Waiver
3. Step 3 Payment ( this link can be access for each Parent Night Out session or annually to renew the Resilience in Motion Membership) 

Complete the scholarship application if you are experiencing financial hardship. Scholarships are available based on need and funding. A financial barrier should not impact your ability to receive a much-needed break.
