About 25% of seniors aged 65 and older feel lonely, with those facing mobility issues being particularly affected. Social and community engagement programs can cut loneliness by up to 50%. Caregiver burnout affects around 60% of those caring for seniors, but effective support can alleviate stress and improve their well-being.
1 in 5 adolescents face mental health disorders like anxiety and depression. Participation in structured activities and inclusive programs can decrease feelings of isolation and enhance emotional resilience by up to 40%.
About 70% of caregivers experience significant burnout. Respite care and support services can boost their well-being and reduce stress by 25%, helping them provide better care and support.
